Poorna Salabhasana is popularly known as Full Locust Pose. The name of this asana is derived from the Sanskrit language words; Poorna means full, Shalabha means Locust and Asana means posture. It is also known as Niralamba Salabhasana. In the series of asana, it comes after Salabhasana and Ardha Salabhasana.
