When all planets except rahu and ketu occupies 7 successive houses starting from 4th house to 10th house then Sukh Malika yoga forms in horoscope.

In this case if rahu falls in 4th house and ketu falls in 10th house then kaal sarp dosa will also get formed and kind of results one will get in this case will depend upon placements of planets in which signs.

If most of the planets are in friendly signs or own signs or are in exalted or in mooltrikona, then even if kaal sarp dosa is forming that will bring good results after hard work.

If most of the planets are in enemy signs then results in that case would be malefic and if some of the planets are benefic and some are malefic then results would be mixed.
