When lord of 2nd and 8th are in conjunction with Jupiter then Mooka yoga sets to get formed.

- 2nd house stands for investments made in stocks, shares or in equities, speech.
- 8th house stands for obstructions, losses, hindrances. This house is called tic house which means it gives bad results.

Thus when Lord of 8th joins lord of 2nd house, his/her speech gets effected and can speak wrong words which can give mental disturbance to other person that is why it is termed as Mooka yoga.

Here if Jupiter is in benefic position, it will be quite good for native but still he/she had to control his words.
