If the ascendant or 6th house is aspected or conjucted by malefic planets in birth chart, then Kshya rog forms in one horoscope. Ascendent stands for beginning of life while 6th house stands for health state.

If both ascendant and 6th house are badly afflicted by malefic planets then one may suffer from physical or mental disease.

For ex- Saturn is malefically placed along with Moon in 1st house while Rahu is placed with sun in 6th house will give some mental and physical disease to the native with the fact that Sun represent physical stature while Moon represents mental makeup.
