11th house governs Left arm, Ankles, your left leg, Shin, ears in particular. If this house is in good position we may assume that certain body parts mentioned above would be in perfect position.

If person arms and shoulders will be in shape then one can do his daily activities with ease and would not depend upon others.

If legs will be in shape, then one will be able to walk properly and thus indirectly weight will be in proper control and many diseases related to obesity will remain far.

Thus if we look directly then we cannot gain much insight but as we go deeper and deeper this house had far reaching effect in terms of diseases which might come if this organs are not in shape.

Similarly, if one will have problems related to ears, then it will create barrier to one own career and personality if listening skills are not proper.

So benefic 11th house will create comfort for individual as far as this body parts are concerned.

Where as if this house is in malefic or weak position then one will have problems related to:-

- Ear problems like vertigo
- Pain in hands or shoulders which can become cause of diseases related to hand or shoulders
- Pain in legs which may lead to leg related disease due to inflammation or impaired ness of immune system
- Pain in ankles which may lead to immobilization, as ankle give necessary support to lower part.
- Paralysis related to hand and legs.
- Arthritis: Due to immune system, this disease may flare up which gives pain to legs.
- Osteoporosis: - Due to lack of calcium bones may get weakened which further alleviate pain.
