Astrologically speaking if 6th, 8th and 12th houses are in bad condition then one might have fear from the evil eye and in that case certain remedies had to be followed such that evil eye effects can be reduced. In that scenario, astrologer had to look which planets are in bad condition especially planets related to 6th, 8th and 12th house. Condition of Rahu, ketu and Saturn had to be looked as well to judge the scenario better.

"SHYAMA GAURA SUNDARA DOU JORI
NIRAKHAHIN CHHABI JANANI TRINA TORI"
This mantra had to be chanted daily 9 times in morning, afternoon and evening to get safety from evil eye.
