Litigation is very cruel word and when it surrounds us, it takes mental peace away. Litigation arises when difference of opinion comes and it is very tough to get solution sitting on table. Litigation can be of numerous type like divorce case, property matters, financial matters, company matters that not only takes time but your valuable money also, So it would be better to try out of court settlement rather looking out courts to solve the problem.

Sometimes questions haunts to mind that our grand fathers have not seen courts face and why we are facing problems in our life that we had to go to courts to find out the solution. Then one is already depressed with problems and then solutions does not come in matter of time. It would be hearing after hearing and fees after fees that shake up the person involved in litigation and you can imagine the plight when one loses the case.

Now comes to astrological part, we will try to figure out combinations involves in litigation. Basically we look 6th, 7th, 8th and 11th house for litigation.

- 6th house is looked for debts
- 7th house is looked for litigation
- 8th house is looked for obstruction
- 11th house is looked for incoming wealth

If 6th house is strong enough one will easily get debts or it will be easy to pay debts taken for litigation but if this house is in malefic situation then loans will not be so easy to get or even when loan is approved it would be difficult to pay which can add to further woes. Here condition of mars had to be looked as Mars is remover of debts.

7th house stands for litigation. If this house is in benefic form then one may not see face of courts and unfortunately if this happens then one will be victorious as and when time comes, but if this house is in malefic forms then one should try to do out of court settlement else time and money both would be wasted.

8th house stands for obstruction, dejections, delays, sorrows, and so if this house is in bad position then one can imagine outcome of litigation cases but if this house is in benefic form then one obstructions, dejections will be minimum or reduced which is so vital for litigation point of view.

11th house is for incoming wealth, if this house is strong enough then one may get wealth which may be due to wining of court cases or may be due to any other form.

So overall analysis of all these houses had to be done in the birth chart to reach any further conclusions on the matter of litigation.
