The idol of Edupayala Durga Bhavani Gudi contains unique natural stone formations. It is to be highly noted that the village name Edupayalu literally means "seven streams", as this shrine is located where the River named Manjeera splits into seven streams that later perfectly reunite at a different spot. The particular place is best known for its natural beauty plus unique formation of stones. This is also the spot from where the river Manjeera is divides into seven streams.

Ketaki Sangameshwara Swamy temple is popularly known as Gundam pooja that is conducted by the adherent devotees Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Telangana. This particular pooja is a way of paying homage to the Lord Shiva.
