Katta Maisamma Temple largely witnesses a good rush of local people and Hindu devotees in the month of Ashadam that is in the month of July as per the English calendar. On the other hand, this particular temple witnesses a large crowd of Hindu devotees from Hyderabad and rest of the state for the "Bonalu" festival. It is to be highly remembered that the month of Karthik is also grandly marked here with different types of Hindu religious celebrations. In this temple special poojas are conducted on all the major and minor Hindu festivals as per the traditional calendar. There is good rush of Hindu devotees on all Sundays at this temple.
