The Do Drul Chorten Stupa is standing tall in Gangtok, Sikkim ever since Trulshik Rinpoche, the head of the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism built it. The spinning of the wheel is considered to give a feeling which is equivalently gentle and beautiful as "the hailing of the jewel in the Lotus".
