In Nimar Utsava the roaring boat is the main attraction of the festival, since the festival is held near the bank of river Nirmada the competition are held, where people from far off places come to participation of the. For the railways the Barwaha is the closest station but every train do not halt at that place, so the better option is going to Indore stations, which is also 91 km away. Buses and taxi are directly connected to the road joining Maheshwar.
