At a main traffic junction on Babulnath Road, the Prempuri Ashram is speciously housed within a landmark building situated near Chowpatty in the capital city of Mumbai. This Ashram building has specious five floors that are named in memory of various significant individuals of this society plus are wholeheartedly used for the main purposes listed as follows.
Library- Book library is located in the ground floor. It is filled with Spiritual and religious books are also readily available for reading. This library has a full fledged audio and video library. There is a good collection of lately MP3 CDs of the Discourses, thousands of cassettes and other programs like bhajans. In Audio/ Video Library List, detailed list of Audio and Video Cassettes is readily available for inmates, students, participants, guests and visitors. There is also a good collection of audio and video recording of all events, activities and functions that happened in the past in this ashram. The Spiritual & Religious Books in English, Hindi and Gujarati language is available at Lala Tulsiram Agarwal Book Library. On the other hand, Video Library (Cassettes of Bhajans / Discourses on various subjects / top grade Saints and Learned Speakers available to members) is available in Ramji Ladha Memorial Audio.
Second Floor houses Smt. Jankidevi Jagannath Dalmia Satsang Kendra
Third Floor houses Smt. Mansadevi Tulsiram Aggarwal Satsang Hall, it is at this hall morning Spiritual discourses on various subjects by learned Saints, without any break all 365 days of the year and Swadhyay are held. On the other hand, evening lectures by Learned Saints and talented speakers on various subjects together and series of talks. (Vyakhanmala) and with Bhajan Sandhya.
Fourth Floor houses Shri Jamnadas Madhavji Tanna Sanskar Kendra, Seth Shri Gurudayal Beralia Satsang Hall, Dr. Shivji Chaturbhuj Katira Homeopathic Dispensary, Acupressure & Magnet Therapy, Cardiogram Clinic, Charak Foundation YOGA Classes for body fitness and Meditation for mind purification, GEETA in English, Visamo for Aged People, Karmakand, Mahila Mandal Programmes, Manan & Chintan, AVKASH session for ladies, Bal Sanskar Kendra, Ashtrology Classes, GEETA Swadhyay for Ladies, Divyapath for youngsters, and many other activities.

Morning practice such as asana, pranayama and shatkarma are conducted between 5.30am to 7.00am
Breakfast is served at 9:30-10:30am
Lunch is served at 13:30–14:30pm
Evening practice (asana) is conducted at 6.30pm to 7.45pm.
Dinner is served at 20:00pm
Yoga Classes for Women
The yoga classes for women are conducted at this ashram from Monday to Friday from 4pm to 5pm. This particular theory and practical classes are handled by women instructors only.
