Food arrangement
Shri Jasnath Asan Ashram has a large sized kitchen in its premises that offer healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner along with tea and snacks during the break time. In the breakfast comes in the form of typical breakfast food items such as baked potatoes, Bread, cake, sandwiches, biscuits, coffee, tea, fruits, boiled green vegetables and yoghurt. The lunch and dinner consist of unique, regional, distinctive cuisine like camel milk ice-cream, bread and vegetables; mustard leaves, characterized by delicacies like gaate ka saag, ker &saangri, green onions, gwaarfali, daal-baati-churma, bajra chapati, mawa kachori, sesame seed laddoo, kaaju katli, chilly pickle, khichra and karhi.
In the ashram premises, there are just 12 rooms that are equipped with all the necessary facilities of the visitor for the comfort.
A rain water collection tank provides pure drinking water. Bathing hot water is heated with a solar heating system. Pilgrim's rest home or Dharamsala provides additional accommodation. Meditation hall for yoga practice is really specious. The rooms come with air conditioning, cotton sheets on double and single beds, European bathroom facilities, luxurious and contemporary basic need items.

Deluxe type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,500/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 2,500/night.
Premier type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,250/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 2,000/night.
Standard type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,000/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 700/night.
Dormitory type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,000/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 700/night.

Shri Jasnath Asan Ashram provides a variety of camps, classes and workshops aimed at adults with chronic illnesses like cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, migraines, sciatica pain and digestive disorder. It is to be remembered that the class participant's size is limited so that instructors can provide one-on-one instruction. The classes are conducted in English language plus regional Hindi translations. With yogic lifestyle practices largely by Siddh Surajnath Yogi, the curriculum is really much rich and filled with contents. The classes are held at Shri Jasnath Asan Yoga Hall, 6:30-8:30 A.M. is the morning session and the evening session is held from 4:30-6:30 P.M. It is a four week program.
Instructions for Participants
Children aren't permitted in the yoga hall during instruction
Wear loose, comfortable yoga clothes
Eat a light breakfast, or just tea
Empty bladder & intestines
Bring 1 towel
Do not overstress during class
Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class
Anyone suffering from recovering fractures or chronic illness should consult their physician before joining asana class.
Pregnant women can attend yoga class through the fourth month but not after without specific permission from their physician.
Yoga for Diabetes Camp is held for 7 solid day's full time. It is to be remembered that after the completion of the class with theory and practical session, the participant's BP dropped significantly, other functions and sleep normalizes. They can feel improvements in their stress management mechanism.

Yoga for Diabetes is held from 6:00 to 7:30 am, it includes Asana for 60 minutes and Pranayama for 30 minutes.
