It has got many Yogi's who are having no disease and lived longer than compared to the life expectations of peoples without doing Yoga practices. It is only the state of mind and body to coordinate and doesn't require any money to these Yogasanam. The Hatha Yoga deals with pure breathing in meditation form. It also takes these breathing principals while doing various Asanas. Since, the breathing is dealt with mind control and one can get better control of our body and mind with doing the Hatha Yoga in daily practices. This also involves body movement's stretch and release with proper breathing. This way of doing the Asana's will really bring results. That's why Lord Shiva or any of the famous Yogi's photos are worshiped before doing any Yoga practices. Many schools have the photos or the idol of lord Shiva in a meditation posture in their centers. This is the way they honor this Yogic personality.
