It was during the year 2009 when the organization got registered under the name of Shiv Yoga Sadhna in Society's Act. The main reason behind the choice of this name has been that the meaning of yoga is to connect your soul with the god or Lord Shiva who is considered to be the father of yoga. It can be stated that Yoga is the science where one tends to purify his mind and soul.
